Tapas are a wide variety of appetizers, or snacks, in Spanish cuisine. They may be cold such as mixed olives and cheese or hot such as croquettes or meatballs. In select bars in Spain, tapas have evolved into an entire, and sometimes sophisticated, cuisine. The serving of tapas is designed to encourage conversation, because people are not so focused upon eating an entire meal that is set before them.  Also, in some countries it is customary for diners to stand and move about while eating tapas.

Another Chloe Wine Tasting

Due to the great response we lad last week for our Chloe Wine Tastings, we will offer it again this Thursday, April 30th! 

Again there will be no charge for the tasting; of course we hope you will enjoy the wines enough to make a purchase. 

To avoid the crush at we experienced last time, we will structure it a little differently. We are dividing it into 3 sessions, 30 minutes each. The sessions will be offered at 6:30pm, 7:15pm, and 8pm. If you missed the first one or if you want to repeat, hope to see you there. Also, we are limiting each session to 8-10 people, first come first serve basis.

The wines offered will be Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir & an excellent Red Blend! 

Live Music will be provided by the Tuxedo Cats!
